	As the FTEN team formed, we realized that FTEN's success would require us to provide better service to our current and future client base than our competitors. In this industry, we have seen too many examples of broken promises, cost overruns, software that fails on a daily basis, and the lack of technical support to integrate the technologies into the rest of the customer's enterprise.
