SMARTS Broker with the FTEN Drop Copy Network

FTEN has integrated its drop copy network with the SMARTS Broker surveillance system to provide broker-dealers fully integrated pre- and post-trade risk and surveillance. The FTEN Drop Copy Network (DCN) aggregates and normalizes order and execution data across asset classes, trading venues and internal trading systems, feeding the SMARTS solution with a real-time event stream of a firm’s trading activities. The FTEN DCN used with SMARTS Broker enables compliance analysts to perform in-depth data analysis and display intuitive visualizations of trading activity in a consolidated view for both dark and lit U.S. equity and options destinations.

Fully hosted and managed, the combined offering provides a wide range of alerts and the powerful proprietary graphical capabilities on one easy-to-use application.
