Dedicated Implementation Project Manager: Integration with Client Systems

FTEN works with clients to integrate the FTEN platform with their back office, portfolio management, and order management systems. We help you to manage order flow, receive execution updates for “done away” trades, update position-keeping and books and records systems, and meet other reporting and data integration needs.

All accounts are assigned two dedicated Client Implementation Managers for day-to-day issues pertaining to your firm’s use of FTEN products and services, which include:


  • Managing client kick-off calls to initiate contact with your team as new clients are added to the FTEN platform
  • Mapping out each client’s key business requirements, and providing appropriate forms
  • Facilitating hardware and networking coordination with your chosen providers
  • Installing, configuring and ensuring connectivity to/from our RX risk servers and market access gateways
  • Defining test cases and managing pre-production / go-live testing
  • Integrating FTEN with your firm environment including beginning- and end-of-day file uploads, and risk limit configuration and customization
  • Interfacing with exchanges and processing all paperwork associated with obtaining ports and exchange access
